Martin Wilsher of 2 Sisters Food Group claimed top spot with his "Yumi Umami Tuna"

The H. Smith Food Group challenged contestants to create an innovative sandwich using the their 100% sustainably caught, dolphin friendly, deluxe Skipjack Tuna which contains minimum 80% tuna chunks in brine with no other additives, 98% NDW, allowing the user the maximum yield per pouch, giving superb taste texture and natural flavour.
