Last but by no means least, the South West, which produced the 2015 winner and so many finalists over the years, is the fifth and final Semi Final of the 2017 campaign. The Sout West Semi Final was held at Futura Foods in Dursley, Gloucestershire and the winners were: 

Highly Commended was: David Llewellyn of Greencore with The Bombay Bagel

But the winner and going through to the final is: Louise Sturmey of The Real Wrap Company with Roast Chicken Emmental & Tarragon Cheesy Bagel

There were two highly commended entrants: David Worthington of FSC with Take a BAO and David Llewellyn of Greencore with Chicken and Sticks

But the winner and going through to the final is: Sally Westlake of Cottage Loaf Bakery & Sandwich Bar with Chocolate Duck
