The award is designed to recognise the work undertaken by technologists to advance systems and working practices across the sandwich industry, including improving environmental standards/practices. Open to all BSA members including suppliers, retailers and manufacturers and may be entered by an individual or a team.

What We Look For

Entries will be judged on their technical merit, innovation and the results achieved in work undertaken to advance systems and/or working practices across the sandwich industry. The best entries will be invited to make a presentation to the judging panel.
